How our terms work

Our general terms, privacy notice, cookie notice, the rules of each promotion and the rules of each game together form the agreement between you and us. If a promotion has its own rules and they differ from the general terms, the promotion rules apply. The English version of our terms is the binding one.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 and of legal age under the law that applies to you. Before you open an account, check that online gambling is allowed where you live. Residents of a list of excluded jurisdictions cannot open an account or add funds, and some game studios do not offer their games in certain countries.

Your account

Register in your own correct name. We allow one account per person, household, phone number, email address and IP address, and any second account is closed without the option to reopen it. Keep your username and password private. We may ask for documents that confirm your identity, address and payment methods, and these must reach us within 30 days.

Bonuses

Every bonus has a wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn, and the rules of each promotion show it. Unless an offer says otherwise, deposit casino bonuses are wagered 35 times on the deposit plus the bonus, and no-deposit casino bonuses 40 times. Casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 days. Your real money balance is used before your bonus balance, and a withdrawal before the wagering is complete cancels the bonus and its winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Use only payment methods that belong to you. Wherever possible, withdrawals go back to the method you used to deposit, and every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. Our finance team handles requests within 3 business days, you can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at a time, and every withdrawal passes an audit and verification.

Fair play

Fraud, collusion, cheating and the use of software errors are not allowed. In these cases we may close the account, cancel bets and keep winnings from being paid out.
